From Insecurity to Self-Love: A Story of Healing and Healthy Relationships

Tegan had always struggled with insecurity. It started when she was young and was bullied for being overweight. As she grew up, she never quite felt comfortable in her own skin. Tegan's most tumultuous relationship was with a man named James. They met at a bar and hit it off immediately. For the first few months, everything was perfect. James was charming, attentive, and seemed to adore Tegan. But as time went on, his true colors began to show.
